Our website was recently hacked by unknown individuals. Because ICIE.us was so badly compromised, we have decided to form an entirely new website. As we work to restore and improve ICIE.us, we ask for your patience and cooperation. Many of the stories and updates we have provided in the past will be restored, and other resources and information will be posted as well. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at the phone number provided. Thank you for your support!

Mission Statement

The mission of the Isenberg Center for Immigration Empowerment (ICIE) is to challenge our society to be more accepting of foreign nationals that have settled in the United States and whose presence has made them contributing members of our society and deserving of being known as "Noncitizen Americans." Where harm has come to "Noncitizen Americans," ICIE will take on those persons' causes with particular emphasis on making sure the Constitution of the United States, and not simple prejudice, is the framework for resolution. ICIE will always place priority on matters where families are separated. ICIE takes great pride in being "a resort of last hope."
